Growing up in a family business, I experienced how demanding a company can sometimes be on an owner's time and loved ones. There are so many facets to operating a business, that as successful ones grow, at some point it begins to tip the work/life balance into a tailspin. I saw this first-hand with my parents, who are some of the hardest working people I know. They would frequently work at the office till 2am, with us three kids in tow, fast asleep in the lobby.

This created the driving purpose behind Douglas Financials - to come alongside business owners and assist them in refocusing their time and energy in ways that are meaningful to them. For me, it's spending time with my family and traveling the world. In fact, all of the pictures on our website are of some of our favorite places we've had the opportunity to experience.

Our company has grown quickly and we are honored to now serve many clients in freeing up their valuable time through offering full bookkeeping and tax services. Time that can now be refocused on growing their business or in other ways that are important to them.
