Before diving in, we ask to take the time for a virtual or in-person meeting in order to introduce ourselves and explain more about our processes and services. This meeting is completely free and is truly a time to get know you and your business a little better and answer any questions you may have.

Has it been a while since your books have been updated? Maybe you're still working with paper and excel spreadsheets. No matter what position you're currently in, we can help in getting everything updated and organized. We work strictly in Quickbooks Online and can help get your books set up and cleaned up so you're immediately more informed about the current health of your company.

We charge one flat montly rate to do whatever it takes and spend however much time needed to ensure your books are updated and accurate every month. At the end of each month you'll receive all the standard financial reports as well as any custom reports requested, such as budgeting and job costing, return on labor, and commission/profit sharing.
We keep pricing simple by offering full monthly bookkeeping services starting at $200/month.

Included in our services, we offer a montly consultation to review all of your financials including your standard reports as well as custom reporting. From these meetings, we are able to partner in strategizing next steps for your business growth along with identifying immediate items that need to be addressed. This separates us from other bookkeeping companies - we are on your team and your success is our success. Our consulting isn't limited to just one meeting either. We are always just a phone call, text or email away to help out with whatever you need.

Your bookkeeping and CPA team will be reviewing your books throughout the year to ensure you there are no surprises come tax season. Rest easy with the confidence knowing that you won't be hit with a large bill come tax filing time.
